Emotional Intelligence
The purpose of this course was to help employees overcome their emotions under stress. I designed and developed this course and instructed on Teams. The learning outcomes were:
Discover the impact on human behavior,
Manage emotions to develop workplace relationships
Develop emotionally intelligent practices to handle challenging situations
The content was prepared using Daniel Goleman's - Emotional Intelligence book.
I prepared the facilitator guide for the smooth conduct of the virtual session. It contained the course objectives, slides with explanation for easy navigation, and job aid.
Job Aid would help the employees to regulate emotions in difficult scenarios
